Old laminate cabinet doors need repair?
I have some old laminate cabinets. I think they are the dark oak or walnut look. On the bottom, near the toe kick, some laminate has chipped/broken off. I moved into the house with the cabinets like this. I did some searching online and couldn't find any similar styles to purchase to repair this. Any help or direction to older veneer laminate would be great.
Answer: You can buy sheets of veneer at Lowes and Home Depot. Don't know if they have a color that matches yours but I do know they have an oak and a darker one. If it's at the toe kick,could it be painted? Usually a black color will make the toe kick almost disappear,like it's a floating cabinet.
