New cabinet doors for bathroom vanity?
I'm looking to replace the current vanity doors in my bathroom with homemade wooden doors I can stain. I'd like to be able to use one piece of wood per door and router a design in them. Is there any type of wood I can use that won't warp because of the moisture?
Answer: I wouldn't suggest a single piece of wood, it will have a tendency to warp and possibly split. A single piece of wood that wide is also very expensive if you could find it. I would be more practical to make a panel door.
